Sugarlillies was inspired by our founder’s grandmother Lillie Mae, a retired cosmetologist from North Carolina whose southern sass, charm and hospitality helped earn her a loyal clientele, many joyful years of lasting relationships and practice of handing down family skin care secrets.
Not only do Veronica Lillie and Lillie Mae share part of a common name, they share the same passion for beauty, fashion and quality customer service. Lillie Mae always aimed to provide the most exclusive, high-quality and cutting edge services and treatments. We are excited to bring that same attention to detail and warm energy to the Sacramento region at our studio!

With the same sweetness as Lillie Mae, we enjoy almost two decades of earned reputation and accolades with Brazilian, bikini and body hair removal. Though we don’ waxing, we specialize in the lost ancient art of professional body sugaring An application and process with benefits far superior to more commonly used waxing (though we also offer that more common practice to clients if desired).

Veronica Lillie, founder of SugarLillies, is a licensed aesthetician who has over two decades of hands-on and management experience in the skincare and hair removal industry. Well known and respected throughout the Sacramento and Northern California Region as well as nationally, she has developed an extremely loyal clientele and reputation for providing exceptional service.
She is recognized for her unique style, in-depth knowledge, intuitive talent, and thoughtful approach to skin care, hair removal and brow design. Constantly striving for excellence, training and continual industry learning reflect her passion and have been at the core of personal success. Beyond being a California Licensed Aesthetician, she possesses numerous specialty certifications, studied cosmetic chemistry at UCLA, and has worked for major luxury brands including: Bobbi Brown, Benefit, and LA MER (just to name a few) and is a 3X CERTIFIED permanent cosmetic artist with a specialty in brow design. Her most recent certifications for ombré powder brows, microblading and nano hair strokes were earned at LA's Premier PMU & Cosmetology College which is accredited by.

Her ability to achieve extraordinary outcomes with skin care and hair removal has resulted in countless 5 Star Reviews and accolades on numerous networks, including: Yelp, Sacramento City Search, KCRA A-List, Yahoo and Blogs. Veronica won 1st place in the 2015 KCRA A-List awards for the Best Waxing business in the Sacramento area.
Her clientele ranges from everyday individuals (women and men) and politicians to runway models and actors in the entertainment industry.
Veronica travels extensively to train other professionals, and is often visited by new clients seeking her help in salvaging botched work with over plucked or poorly shaped brows. These restoration efforts sometimes include hair extensions, or even the art of brow creation for those suffering from temporary hair loss due to health issues or cancer / medical treatment.
